EVONIK UNITED SILICA INDUSTRIAL LTD.

In 1978 Evonik United Silica Industrial Ltd. (EUSIL) of Evonik Taiwan signed a license agreement with Degussa AG, Frankfurt / Germany to produce precipitated silica. The production plant went on stream in early 1982.

In 1990, Degussa acquired the sole ownership of EUSIL. All domestic and exports are coordinated by Evonik Taiwan Ltd.
